Digital Wisdom is thrilled to announce the official launch of the Youth Open Research and Innovation Fellowship (YO-FI), a groundbreaking initiative designed to enhance research capabilities in North Macedonia and Kosovo. Funded by the European Union, YO-FI aims to empower young researchers with tools, frameworks, and support networks to embrace Open and Responsible Research and Innovation (ORRI) principles.
The YO-FI Vision
The YO-FI project addresses critical challenges in the Balkan research landscape, such as limited access to ORRI tools, insufficient mentorship, and the lack of inclusivity in research practices. With a focus on collaboration and knowledge-sharing, this initiative seeks to align local research methodologies with European standards while fostering a strong community of young researchers.
